About Noon

Built in the Middle East. Driven by market experience.

Noon for Renewable Energy is a regional solar distribution and market-development company with experience across Jordan, Lebanon, Syria and Iraq.

What we actually do

More than supplying products.

We help international manufacturers enter new markets, establish strong distribution networks, build brand recognition, and develop lasting relationships with distributors, installers and customers.

Through years of operating across different Middle Eastern markets, we have developed a practical understanding of how the region’s energy sector works, and what it takes to succeed in it.

One region. Different markets.

No two markets operate the same way.

Customer expectations, purchasing behaviour, distribution structures, pricing dynamics and technical requirements vary considerably between countries.

Our experience across the region lets us adapt commercial and marketing strategy to local conditions, while keeping a consistent focus on product quality, partner relationships and long-term brand growth.

Jordan

Where our regional journey began, and where we developed the commercial and technical foundations that supported our expansion.

Lebanon

A market that strengthened our experience in solar distribution, branch development, installer networks, and adapting to rapidly changing energy needs.

Syria

A market where strong local relationships, dependable supply and flexible distribution strategies are essential to sustainable growth.

Iraq

A strategic growth market where distribution, brand positioning, localised marketing and after-sales support delivered one of our most significant achievements: the successful positioning of Chisage ESS.

What we bring to every market

Six capabilities, applied four times over.

Each one has been built and tested in a different country, under different commercial conditions.

Regional distribution experience

We develop and manage distribution networks connecting international manufacturers with local distributors, solar companies, installers and project developers.

Market adaptability

We know how to navigate different commercial environments and build a strategy suited to each country’s conditions.

Brand positioning

We help manufacturers establish a clear identity, communicate their competitive advantages, and earn customer confidence.

Marketing and demand generation

Localised campaigns, product launches, installer engagement and digital activity that generate awareness and real market demand.

Technical and after-sales support

We support product credibility through technical guidance, warranty coordination, installer training and local service capability.

Long-term partner development

We build durable relationships with manufacturers, distributors and installers while protecting brand value and sustaining commercial growth.

Our journey

Every stage taught us something the next one needed.

Four countries, six years, and a pattern that keeps repeating: spot the shift early, commit to it, and build the brand from the ground up.

2019Jordan

The beginning

Noon established its first branch in northern Jordan in 2019, initially focusing on solar installation projects. At the time, Jordan’s on-grid solar market was dominated by European inverter manufacturers. Noon recognised an emerging shift that much of the market had yet to see: Chinese solar technologies were advancing rapidly and would soon become major global competitors.

Acting on that insight, Noon became the exclusive distributor of Huawei solar inverters in northern Jordan, positioning itself ahead of a significant market transformation. The company also distributed Philadelphia Solar panels, combining high-quality modules with increasingly competitive inverter technology.

At the market’s peak, Noon had established five branches across Jordan, covering every region in the country. The success of this early strategy set our foundations in solar distribution and demonstrated a capability that still defines the company: identifying opportunities early, building confidence in emerging brands, and turning industry shifts into sustainable commercial growth.

2021Lebanon

Pioneering Lebanon’s solar market

In 2021, Noon entered Lebanon as the first specialised solar energy company to bring significant dedicated investment, established industry experience and a professional distribution model to the market.

Building on its success in Jordan, Noon introduced a level of operational capacity, product availability and commercial organisation previously unavailable in Lebanon’s developing solar sector. The company quickly achieved a leading position in sales volume and panel distribution, becoming the market benchmark for pricing, stock availability and distribution networks.

Noon strengthened that position through strategic partnerships with major international manufacturers, including OKAYA, SOFAR, LONGi and Trina Solar. Its success in Lebanon showed the company’s ability to identify emerging opportunities, enter decisively, and establish the standards by which an entire sector operates.

Entering Syria with a market-specific strategy

When Noon entered Syria in 2022, the country already had a well-developed solar market. Rather than replicating its approach from Jordan or Lebanon, Noon designed a strategy aligned with Syria’s established market structure.

For the hybrid and off-grid segments, Noon built local and international collaborations with trusted companies and brands that already held strong positions. In the on-grid segment, Noon saw a different opportunity: while the sector was dominated by established manufacturers, Noon successfully introduced SOFAR as a new on-grid solution and created a competitive position for the brand.

To support national operations and stay close to customers and partners, Noon established two branches covering Syria’s principal commercial centres, Damascus and Aleppo. The expansion demonstrated our ability to evaluate a mature market, adapt to local conditions, and create growth through both collaboration and the introduction of new solutions.

Entering Iraq and building the Chisage ESS success story

In 2024, Noon entered Iraq at an early stage in the development of its solar and energy-storage market, recognising its potential before the sector reached wider maturity.

Drawing on experience from Jordan, Lebanon and Syria, Noon developed a strategy tailored to Iraq’s market size, commercial challenges and emerging demand for reliable solar solutions. Central to it was an exclusive distribution agreement with Chisage ESS. Rather than introducing an already-established name, Noon committed to building Chisage’s presence from the ground up through strategic investment, nationwide distribution, focused brand positioning and localised marketing.

By developing distributor and installer networks, maintaining product availability, and establishing local technical and after-sales support, Noon helped transform Chisage from a new market entrant into a recognised and competitive brand in Iraq. The Iraqi expansion is a defining milestone: spotting an emerging opportunity early, adapting to a complex market, and creating a successful brand presence through a complete commercial strategy.
